The traditional styling and graceful lines of the Classic bed bring a touch of elegance to any decor. The head and footboards are made of solid Pacific Coast maple, hand selected for beauty.
The Classic platform bed will support latex, futon, foam and innerspring mattresses that do not require a boxspring. The sturdy, closely spaced fir slats are attached with jute webbing and bolstered by a center beam. Complete your natural bedroom with this classically stylish, low profile maple bed. To add storage and organization below a new Pacific Rim bed, consider a set of under-bed drawers.
For mattresses requiring a boxspring, consider the Classic Boxspring. Shown at right, this bed features a larger footboard, taller footposts and lowered side rails. Four slats support the boxspring and mattress.
For a more modern look, consider the Pacific Rim Maple line of beds. This line inverts the curve of the Classic bed to create a more contemporary appearance. Shown to the left in the platform option, the Pacific Rim line is also available in a boxspring version with the same support system as the Classic bed. Just as with the Classic line, the Pacific Rim Maple platform bed can be outfitted with a set of under-bed drawers to add storage and organization.
Under-bed Storage
Handsome, well-crafted under-bed drawers complement the line of Pacific Rim maple beds. Drawers come fully assembled and will fit underneath any Pacific Rim platform bed, either along the side or below the footboard. The sturdy construction includes sliding dovetail joints and straight-line casters to keep drawers rolling open easily.
